WHEN WILL MY PURCHASES ARRIVE?

Parcels are posted out every weekday. Cut off time for parcel processing is 10pm the night before.

All orders placed on a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the delivery slot after the next.

PosLaju delivers the next day, however sometimes there might be slight delays, so it is safe to say that your purchases will usually arrive in 1-2 working days. Pos Malaysia does not work on Saturday & Sundays.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

You can either pay via bank transfer (online banking/ATM bank-in) or via PAYPAL (credit cards).

CAN I OPT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY?

Sorry babes! Cash On Delivery (COD) Option is no longer available.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?

Our restocking schedules are varied. Please check with us via Facebook, Twitter or email if you would like to know. However, as the factory produces the bikinis by batches, they will manufacture the bikinis with the same design but with different fabric patterns on their next production. So we might not be able to get back some of the out of stock items

CAN I FIT IN THE ‘FREE SIZE’ BIKINIS?

Our bandeau and triangle bikinis are free size. Which basically means that if you are smaller it will cover up more and if you’re bigger the bikini will cover up less

 If you’re concern about the sizing, please opt for the “tie-on-the-back” ones, as they are adjustable to any size.

MY SHIPMENT HAS NOT ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your parcel does not arrive after 3 days, please check the status of your parcel at ‘Pos Malaysia Track & Trace’. We will send the tracking number to you via email once we have sent out the parcel. Please request from us if you haven’t received your tracking number. All Pos Laju parcels require a signature upon you receipt of your parcel. If no one is around, a notice will be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest post office.

I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT IT HAS A DEFECT. CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

We inspect each bikini thoroughly before dispatch. However, in rare occasions where we might have overlooked your item, please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements. However, we only entertain complaints within 3 days of parcel received.

I BOUGHT THE WRONG ITEM/COLOUR/SIZE/PATTERN! CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Sorry, purchased items that are already sent out are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you notify us within 2 hours of your purchase via email to mail@woopzbikinis.com we will make the necessary amendments for you.
